LTE / cellular intelligence

MikroTik LTE monitoring that actually understands cellular

mikroHUB turns the raw AT-command soup from your MikroTik LTE modems into clean, historical signal metrics — RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, CINR, serving cell and data usage — so you can see exactly why a link is slow before the customer calls.

Every signal metric, with history

Not just a single live number — mikroHUB stores the trend, so you can correlate a drop with weather, congestion or a tower change.

Built for fleets on cellular WAN

LTE links fail differently from fibre. mikroHUB is designed around that.

Why not just open WinBox?

WinBox shows you one modem, right now. For a single router that is fine. But once you run dozens of LTE sites — WISP backhaul, IoT gateways, failover routers behind CGNAT — you need the history, the comparison and the alerting across the whole fleet, in one place, without SSHing into each box.

mikroHUB connects over the RouterOS API or a lightweight agent and never stores your device passwords in plaintext — credentials live in an encrypted vault, and in zero-trust agent mode they never reach our servers at all. You get cloud-wide LTE visibility without handing over the keys to your routers.

MikroTik LTE monitoring — FAQ

Which MikroTik LTE devices are supported?

Any RouterOS device that exposes an LTE interface — Chateau, LtAP, wAP LTE, SXT LTE, the LTE-kit modems and most third-party modems RouterOS can read. If RouterOS can report the signal, mikroHUB can chart it.

How do I connect a router?

Add the device with its RouterOS API credentials, or drop in the agent for a zero-trust setup behind CGNAT. Polling starts immediately and the first signal samples appear within a minute or two.

What's a good RSRP / SINR for LTE?

As a rule of thumb: RSRP above −90 dBm is excellent, −90 to −105 dBm is good, and below −110 dBm you're at the edge. SINR above 20 dB is excellent and below 0 dB usually means trouble. mikroHUB colour-codes these so you don't have to memorise them.

Can it tell me when a site fails over to backup?

Yes. mikroHUB tracks interface and WAN status and can alert when a router drops onto a backup link or a weaker band, with the signal history around the event so you can see the cause.

Does it work with any mobile operator?

Yes — the metrics come from the modem itself, so mikroHUB is operator-agnostic and works on any carrier and SIM your MikroTik modem connects to, in any country.
