For wireless ISPs
MikroTik monitoring and RF planning for WISPs
Plan coverage, watch your PtP/PtMP and LTE backhaul, and back up every RouterOS device automatically — one multi-tenant dashboard for the whole team. mikroHUB is monitoring, planning and backups, not a RADIUS or subscriber-billing platform.
Plan and map your network
Before you climb a tower, model the link. Pick the right gear and predict coverage from the desk.
RF coverage planner
Predict coverage for a new site before you deploy, factoring in terrain and building height — not just a flat radius on a map. See where a tower actually reaches.
Sites and towers
Organize devices by physical site, so backhaul links, sectors and CPEs are grouped the way your network actually runs. Find a tower and its gear in one place.
Bandwidth manager
Track how capacity is allocated across sites and links so you can spot saturated sectors and plan upgrades. Know which backhaul is running out of headroom before customers call.
Model catalog and changelogs
A public MikroTik model catalog with specs, RouterOS changelogs and WinBox downloads to help you choose the right device for each link. Spec a backhaul radio or a tower router without leaving the dashboard.
Run the network
Once it's live, mikroHUB watches every device, catches problems early and keeps your configs safe.
LTE backhaul monitoring
Track RSRP, RSRQ, SINR/CINR, signal history, serving cell and data usage on every LTE backhaul or failover link, with tower geolocation on a map. Catch a degrading uplink before it drops a site.
Alerts and anomaly detection
Get alerts and email digests when a device goes down, a link degrades or metrics drift outside their normal range. Anomaly detection surfaces the problem before a customer reports it.
Automated config backups
Scheduled backups of every RouterOS config, pulled over the device's own SSH/SFTP, with one-click restore. Recover a failed tower router from a known-good config instead of rebuilding it by hand.
Multi-tenant for your team
Org-scoped access with owner, admin and viewer roles, MFA, an audit log and API keys, so installers, NOC staff and management each see the right thing. Reach devices behind CGNAT over built-in WireGuard tunnels.
What mikroHUB is — and what it isn't
mikroHUB is built for the monitoring, RF-planning and backup side of running a WISP on MikroTik. It is not a RADIUS server, PPPoE/hotspot system, User-Manager replacement or subscriber-billing platform — and we won't pretend otherwise.
Keep your existing AAA, billing and provisioning stack where it is. mikroHUB sits alongside it as the fleet visibility, coverage-planning and config-safety layer your team has been missing.
WISP questions
Does mikroHUB do RADIUS, PPPoE or subscriber billing?
No. mikroHUB is monitoring, RF planning and automated backups for your MikroTik fleet. It does not handle authentication, accounting, hotspot, User-Manager or billing — keep using your existing AAA stack for that.
Does the RF planner account for terrain and building height?
Yes. The coverage planner predicts a site's reach using terrain and building height rather than drawing a flat radius, so the prediction reflects what the link will actually see.
Can it monitor an LTE backhaul or failover link?
Yes. You get RSRP/RSRQ/SINR/CINR, signal history, serving-cell and tower geolocation, data usage, multi-SIM and roaming for every LTE device, with alerts when a link starts to degrade.
Can my team share access?
Yes. It's multi-tenant and org-scoped with owner, admin and viewer roles, MFA, an audit log and API keys, so installers, NOC and management each get the right level of access.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. The free plan covers up to 3 devices — enough to wire up a couple of backhaul links and see the monitoring, planning and backups for yourself before you scale up.
